1 About this policy
Centurysoft Private Limited ("Centurysoft", "we", "us" or "our") explains in this policy how we handle personal information collected through https://www.centurysoft.ae/ and related business enquiries and recruitment communications.
This policy covers website visitors, people contacting us and job applicants. Information we process on behalf of a client under a services agreement is governed by the relevant agreement and the client’s privacy arrangements. Employment records may be subject to a separate employee notice.
2 Information we collect
Business enquiries. The Contact Us form collects your name, business email address and message. You may also provide your company, phone number and area of interest.
Job applications. The Careers form collects your name, email address, phone number and position or area of interest. You may also provide your current location, experience range, LinkedIn profile, resume and a message or cover note. A resume may contain education, employment and other details you choose to include.
Related records. We keep the submission date, the consent indicated on the form, correspondence and relevant handling notes or application status. Please provide accurate information and avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity-document numbers, health information or confidential client material through these general forms.
Technical information. Hosting and security systems may process your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, access times and error or security events to deliver and protect the website. The information available depends on the systems involved.
3 How we use information
We use enquiry details to understand your request, respond to you, discuss services or partnerships and route the enquiry to the appropriate team. We use application details to assess your suitability for opportunities and communicate about recruitment.
We also use relevant information to administer our communications, operate and protect the website, prevent misuse, handle privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations or address disputes. If a materially different use is proposed, we will provide the appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
4 Consent and communications
Submitting a form is voluntary. Required fields are marked on the form; without the necessary details, we may be unable to respond or consider your application. Each form asks for consent to its stated purpose.
You may withdraw consent by emailing the contact listed in section 13. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and information may still need to be retained for another permitted purpose. We will explain any effect on your enquiry or application.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Any separate marketing communications will be subject to the permissions and opt-out choices required by applicable law.
5 Storage and recipients
Website enquiry and application records are stored in our website administration system. Notifications containing the submitted details are sent to the relevant company email inbox. A resume, if uploaded, is stored with the application and may also be attached to the HR email notification.
Information is handled by the Centurysoft personnel responsible for enquiries, recruitment and website administration. Providers supporting website hosting, email, maintenance, security and backups may process information as part of those services. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities when necessary for a lawful obligation, legal matter or the protection of rights.
We seek to limit access and disclosure to information needed for the relevant purpose. We do not intend to publish enquiry or application information as website content.
6 Cookies and similar technologies
Website systems may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security and administration. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some functions.
When we use optional analytics, advertising or tracking tools, we explain their purposes and available controls in the website’s cookie information. 7 International handling
Centurysoft has its development operations in India and contact locations in the UAE and USA. Information may be processed in India and, where relevant to your request, by teams or service providers in other countries. A contact address does not identify where website data is hosted.

8 Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of ongoing enquiries, recruitment decisions, recordkeeping obligations and legal claims. When those needs end, our policy is to delete or anonymise the information unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Retention decisions also cover email copies, uploaded documents and backups. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or securely deleted. You may ask about retention or request deletion using the contact details below.
9 Your requests and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to obtain information about our processing, access or receive a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or obtain a portable copy. Where applicable, you may also opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information or certain profiling, and appeal a refusal of your request.

Include enough information to locate your records; do not send identity documents unless we request an appropriate verification method.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any restriction or refusal. For a review or appeal, email the same address with the subject "Privacy Appeal". You may also complain to the competent data protection authority where applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information submitted to us has been compromised.

This website is intended for business and recruitment audiences and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
